QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of QA inspectors to carry out daily inspection work.
• Coordinate with customers regarding quality issues.
• Manage all aspects of supplier quality issues.
• Ensure continuous improvement of quality through close collaboration with all departments.
• Develop and maintain a quality system that effectively meets the quality objectives of the organization and fulfills the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
• Manage quality by implementation of quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement.
• Provide engineering solutions to process issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions.
• Assist in gearing the company towards achieving and maintaining ISO 9001:2008 certification.
• Serve as Lead Auditor in auditing the ISO implementation and procedures.
