QA Engineer

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Conduct and handling internal audits and external audits.

Direct, control and motivate IQC, IPQC and FQC/OQC inspector in all aspect affecting work performance and approve IQC, IPQC and FQC/OQC reports.

Ensure subordinates comply with the required procedure and instruction.

Responsible to guide subordinate at the checking process and feedback to superior for any abnormal detection and liaise with production and engineering on quality problem.

Authorized to stop non-conforming material, work in progress and finished goods from further processing or delivery to the next process or customer.

Prepare non-conformance report for Incoming/In-Process/Final Quality and Customer Complaint.
