QA Engineering Lead

QA Test Lead Experience: 7 to 9 Years Location: Remote Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a QA hands-on lead with strong leadership, good to have cybersecurity exposure, and a modern, AI-aware mindset toward quality engineering. You will oversee the end-to-end QA lifecycle - defining test strategy, test approach, managing a team of functional testers, enabling automation, and ensuring each release meets the highest standards for functionality, security, performance, and user experience. You will also promote AI-driven efficiency across QA planning, reporting, and execution. Key Responsibilities Define and own the QA strategy and process maturity across product releases.
