QA EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Conduct raw material and finished goods inspection and verification.
• Liaise with the purchasing team regarding supplier performance and interact with departments on internal quality issues.
• Perform testing and analyze test results to ensure reliability and meet required standards/specifications.
• Monitor and coordinate yield loss analysis for waste management and promote awareness of customer and food safety requirements throughout the organization.
• Assist in developing, recommending, and monitoring corrective action and preventive action.
• Segregate non-conforming raw materials and products.
• Stop production with superior approval until issues are resolved.
• Manage compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO FSSC 22000, occupational safety & health, environment & industry regulatory requirements.
• Undertake additional duties as instructed by superiors.
