Job Description
To Assist the QA Manager on daily QA/QC operation
Analyse defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize wastage and improve efficiency
Develop and maintain Quality Control specification and procedure
Work with Engineering, Production and Suppliers to understand the root cause of internal/external rejects & errors
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality policies.
Proactive implementation of Prevention & Correction action implementation, 8D, RCCA, CAPA audit
Liaise with the Customers on the customer complaints and/or reject.
To lead improvements activities.
Liaising with customer on complaints & feedback using CAR procedure
Familiar with ISO 9001, GMP/HACCP, FSC, 5S, FMEA, SPC, and other quality tools.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or any related field.
At least 2 – 3 years of working experience
