Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative QA - Lead Calibrator (English Advanced) to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in quality assurance within BPO/KPO environments, and skilled at leading calibration sessions that drive alignment, consistency, and performance excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned quality programs, leading calibration sessions and driving alignment on quality standards.

  • Collaborate with Global Quality, Operations, Training, COE, and client stakeholders to ensure consistent quality application.

  • Identify key themes and insights from calibrations and share concise, actionable summaries with stakeholders.
