QA Lead

Position Overview:

As a QA Lead at REMITAP, you will be responsible for leading the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies, manage testing activities, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

●  Lead the QA team in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and plans.

●  Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools and processes.

●  Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define quality requirements and ensure they are met.

●  Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and testing.

●  Implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverage.

●  Manage and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

●  Conduct performance and security testing to ensure system reliability and security.

●  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the QA process.

●  Prepare and present regular reports on QA activities, progress, and results.

●  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quality and performance.

Qualifications:

●  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

●  6+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

●  Strong experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.

●  Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.

●  Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, APPIUM, or similar.

●  Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.

●  Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.

●  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

●  Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

●  Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

●  Strong focus on scalability, performance, and test-driven development.

Preferred Qualifications:

●  Experience in the fin-tech industry.

●  Certification in quality assurance or relevant technologies.

●  Experience with performance and security testing.
