QA Lead & Scrum Master

RunLoyal, a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a high-ownership QA Lead & Scrum Master to protect the quality, reliability, and trust of our platform.

RunLoyal operates a multi-tenant, deeply personalized SaaS system where data correctness, tenant isolation, and delivery discipline are business-critical. This role owns end-to-end quality , test strategy , sprint execution , and delivery governance across 5 mobile applications and 2 web portals , working with engineering teams distributed across India and the US.

This is not a support role . This is a product trust and execution leadership role that requires strong technical depth, delivery rigor, and the confidence to make hard release decisions.
