Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the Quality Engineering department, including support to manufacturing processes to ensure product conformance to specifications, adherence to procedures, and identification of risks of deviations that generate defects and/or scrap, specifically in the areas of manual assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, flow and handling of materials, machining, casting, winding and others; so that product specifications, process controls and customer satisfaction are fully met. - Coordinate and guide the QA Engineers team. - Manage and update the Process Capability Indices matrix (CPks). - Direct the efforts and continuous improvement projects for the KPIs of the Quality department. - Manage control plans for critical equipment and machinery for the business. - Development and implementation of leading indicators (leading indicators) to predict the level of product quality. - Development and implementatio...
