Role: eCom Technical QA Lead/ManagerQualification: with min. experience of 8-12 years as QA Manager in eCom Frameworks like SAP Hybris Commerce (must have) , Magento, AEM, Shopify etc.Responsibilities
- Requires working with the business/operation stakeholder to understand new feature/offer/promotions requests
- Analysis of the Business Problems & Solution design
- Understand and correctly use the company ecommerce Platform to support business stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining listings of Issues/Bugs of eCom Platform
- Validation the existing product online is listed properly with correct data, images & offers.
- Coordinate & Streamline tasks with QA/Ops team
- Facilitate tech team / feature PM/ Delivery manager for any support from QA perspective
- Work with L1/L2 & Third party support Team for the bugs reporting & resolution
- Maintain process and procedure documents for this role
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead QA team members to ensure effective test execution and professional development
- Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all features of e-commerce platform meet defined quality, performance, and security standards
- Testing Execution: Oversee all testing phases, including system, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and performance testing
o Will be responsible for end to end execution of eCom Projects Testing
o Offer Validation & Testing
o New Product Launch & Testing
o UI/UX Improvement & testing
o Execute all levels of UATs & work on test cases- Defect Management: Lead the defect triage process, ensuring timely resolution of issues across different environments.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough root cause analysis for defects and production issues to prevent recurrence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and business teams to gather requirements, define test coverage, and integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle
- Knowledge of eCom Frameworks like Hybris (must have), AEM, Magento, Shopify
- Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and complete with high quality
- Strong business communication skills ability to communicate with internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact success
