Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA/QC teams, set KPIs, and drive a strong food safety and quality culture across Production and cross-functional teams.
- Plan QA/QC activities, control quality-related costs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, defects, and non-conformities.
- Develop and deliver training programs for QA, QC, and Production teams covering GMP, HACCP, hygiene, allergen control, food defense, and food fraud.
- Establish, maintain, and improve Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC / ISO / Halal / regulatory), ensuring full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
