  1. Leadership & Team Management

  2. Lead, manage, and mentor QA, QC, and cross-functional teams, including close collaboration with Production

  3. Assign tasks based on competency, experience, and operational needs
  4. Set and monitor KPIs for QA and QC teams
  5. Build and sustain a strong food safety and quality culture across all departments

  6. Planning, Cost Control & Continuous Improvement

  7. Plan QA and QC activities to support efficient Production operations

  8. Monitor quality-related costs, including rework, wastage, disposal, testing, manpower, and packaging.
  9. Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to reduce costs while maintaining food safety and quality compliance.
  10. Work with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to implement cost-effective quality controls.
