Lead, manage, and mentor QA, QC, and cross-functional teams, including close collaboration with Production
- Assign tasks based on competency, experience, and operational needs
- Set and monitor KPIs for QA and QC teams
Build and sustain a strong food safety and quality culture across all departments
Planning, Cost Control & Continuous Improvement
Plan QA and QC activities to support efficient Production operations
- Monitor quality-related costs, including rework, wastage, disposal, testing, manpower, and packaging.
- Identify and evaluate alternative solutions to reduce costs while maintaining food safety and quality compliance.
- Work with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to implement cost-effective quality controls.
