QA Manager

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**
- Manages center quality assurance programs and staff and evaluates and delegates work assignments based on needs and scope of work.
- Provides senior-level quality assurance support to the sales team and center management team with new programs throughout program development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Performs internal audits of quality assurance function ensuring policy and procedure compliance, quality certification completion, and conducts senior-level coaching.
- Ensures all reporting requirements are complied with for clients, centers, and corporate.
- Oversees the coordination of quality assurance with training to ensure that all opportunities are addressed to improve overall performance.
- Provides high-level quality performance results to senior management.
- Multi-country support role and that it will be a client facing role.
