QA Manual Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and execute manual test cases and test plans.
• Understand and adhere to the testing process and methodologies.
• Perform black box testing, log defects, and track root causes in the bug tracking system.
• Collaborate with the project documentation and development team to verify defect fixes through release cycles.
• Track and report defects.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, including writing UAT cases and conducting UAT.

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in unit/regression testing and preparation of test cases.
• Knowledge of database concepts (relational databases) and SQL queries.
