Job Title: QA Manual Tester with Production Support Experience
Location: Chennai || Mumbai || Gurugram
Interview Process: Virtual (2 Rounds) + 1 Technical screening.
Must Needed:
- Need Support UK Time till 10:30 PM IST
- Weekends support during deployments (Comp-Off will be provided)
QA Focused Ops:
- Primary Strength: Manual regression/release validation with excellent defect write-ups and evidence.
- Meets all primary skills (PySpark + SQL + ETL)
- And of the secondary: Manual QA (Regression testing), and data set onboarding/migration support
Job Description:
This role is primarily Operations (L1/L2 first-level support). The primary focus is supporting production operations for our AKS-hosted, Java-based data pipelines and performing notebook-based data investigation/validation. Java changes and manual regression testing are occasional/supporting responsibilities.
- Production-ops incident ownership (triage, follow-through, escalation with evidence, stakeholder communications) including participation in an on-call rotation for production incidents.
- Data analysis/validation experience using Python and/or SQL to investigate issues and validate outcomes.
- Support onboarding/migration of new datasets into the production pipeline by assisting with intake requirements, readiness checks, validation steps, and environment promotion support.
- Support manual QA and regression/release validation for major features while the automated test suite matures; capture evidence and document defects with clear repro steps.
- Basic SQL for operational metadata/logging analysis (run history, statuses, audit logs, error tables).

Education & Work Experience:
