QA Officer

Summary of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in analytical chemistry. Support to drive continuous improvements using Integrated management system framework and follow/establish procedures and guidelines to confirm quality of components.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:  

• Perform QA activities in collaborative way.

• Lab study and customer specification setup as per product integrity standard requirement.

• Support for Calibration of analytical instruments and standardization of volumetric solutions.

• Support to Product qualification reporting -locally and globally.

• Analytical testing precision performance monitoring.

• Nonconformance reporting/ management through LZ system.

• Support to manage analytical instruments in working conditions.

• Responsible for workplace management (5S).

• Support HSE goals in consistence and accelerating site journey to “Zero Harm – Zero injury”,

• Analytical testing support for natural product analysis and planning for third party communication

Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

• Sound knowledge of analytical testing instruments, wet analysis. Experience in laboratory blending/synthesis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• English communication.

• Computer -Software skills: - Adequate fluency with MS Office, proficient in SAP QM module.

• Can work in a team as well as independently and should be flexible to work in shifts.

• Execution of other work in consultation with QA Manager.

• Exposure to workplace management tools like 5S will be advantage.

• Minimum 5-7 year of experience in analytical chemistry
