RAQ continually seeks to diversify its market presence and portfolio in the Civil Contracting sector. We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA/QC Engineer to join our construction team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, excellent communication & problem-solving abilities, and a passion for construction. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting construction projects and systems to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 .

  • Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, and Material Submittals .

  • Conduct and witness inspections and testing for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
