Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **QA/QC Engineer** to oversee and manage the quality assurance and control aspects of infrastructure and mixed-use development projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure that all construction activities comply with **project specifications, international standards, and quality management systems** , while working closely with the client, contractor, and supervision team.
+ Implement and monitor the **project quality plan (PQP)** and ensure full compliance across all construction activities.
+ Review and approve **method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and inspection reports** .
+ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify the quality of work and materials.
+ Monitor testing procedures for concrete, asphalt, utilities, and other infrastructure elements.
