QA & QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define production steps and quality control checks.
• Ensure SOPs are followed by all staff.
• Train workers and supervisors on SOPs and quality procedures.
• Manage quality control for incoming materials, in-process, and final products.
• Ensure raw materials and finished goods meet quality standards.
• Identify defects and quality issues during production.
• Issue NCRs and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, inspection plans, checklists, and quality reports.
• Maintain accurate inspection and testing records.
• Report quality performance to management.
• Work with production teams to improve quality and reduce defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Support audits and inspections.
