Job Description
- Monitor and ensure the quality standards of raw materials and finished products in line with company and regulatory norms
- Conduct chemical, microbiological, and physical testing of food products as per protocols
- Implement and follow quality control procedures across production batches
- Maintain proper documentation, lab reports, and compliance records
- Coordinate with the production team to address and rectify quality issues
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.)
- Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory approvals
