Job Description

  • Monitor and ensure the quality standards of raw materials and finished products in line with company and regulatory norms
  • Conduct chemical, microbiological, and physical testing of food products as per protocols
  • Implement and follow quality control procedures across production batches
  • Maintain proper documentation, lab reports, and compliance records
  • Coordinate with the production team to address and rectify quality issues
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.)
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory approvals
