QA & QMS Lead

The role is responsible for ensuring production processes comply with company quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements through the development and implementation of quality standards, effective QMS maintenance, testing and documentation, and the continued validity of SNI certification.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with and support mandatory company objectives by implementing Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE) policies, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), and applicable government regulations.
• Develop and implement quality standards in alignment with internal specifications, customer requirements, and legal regulations.
• Ensure all site procedures, SOPs, and work instructions (WI) are current and properly maintained.
