We are looking for a QA & Release Engineer to own quality assurance, release readiness, and production stability across our Sales, Marketing, CRM, and HRMS systems .

This role serves as the final quality gate between development and production, ensuring every release is accurate, compliant, and safe for business operations .

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain automated & manual testing integrated with CI/CD.
• Act as release gatekeeper — no production release without QA sign-off.
• Validate end-to-end workflows (campaigns, CRM flows, payroll, attendance, approvals).
• Ensure data integrity, calculation accuracy, and compliance before release.
