-Reliability Engineering work for HV Si, HV SiC Discrete, Module product.
-Identify and address risks associated with reliability of HV Si, HV SiC die and package designs and processes, and their interactions.
-Design/Plan reliability tests (Test conditions, test duration, sampling) for the DOE engineering and for the qualification on onsemi system.
-Disposition test failures based on failure analysis and reliability risk assessments.
-Analyzing reliability test results and make conclusion for the result.
-Technical analysis of reliability failures related qualification specification consistency and improvement activities.
-Summarize and report-out of reliability data to internal and external customers.
-Actively involved in and work with cross-functional teams on systematic management of risks associated with HV Si, HV SiC technology and product reliability.
