What do you need to come aboard?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience as a QA Subject Matter Expert (QA SME) and leading team in accessibility, serving as the primary point of contact for multi-scrum accessibility team.
  • Experience working in Automative domain web applications.
  • Strong ability to define accessibility strategies, evaluate tools, and implement best practices aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Capable of delivering internal and external accessibility training sessions and guiding developers through defect triage processes.
  • Experience in Agile process and ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, launch bridge calls, and client-facing accessibility leadership meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, Engineering Managers, and development teams.
  • Leadership in driving accessibility practices and engagement across client and development teams.
  • Hands‑on expertise with accessibility tools such as Axe DevTools, ARC Toolkit, NVDA, Color Contrast Analyzer, and Accessibility Insights for Web.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools/solutions to support accessibility testing and automation.
  • Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for test management, defect tracking and maintaining traceability throughout the QA lifecycle.
