Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coach QA Analysts to ensure accurate and consistent evaluations

· Conduct regular quality audits, call/chat/email reviews, and calibration sessions

· Ensure quality standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed

· Analyze quality data, trends, and root causes to identify improvement opportunities

· Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership to address performance gaps
