QA Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Asks for endorsements at the start of duty from QA Supervisor being replaced from the other shift.
• Acquires Production Schedule from Planning Section as basis for the Shift’s operation.
• Oversees all QA Personnel and monitors if assigned tasks are performed properly. Note: QA Supervisor is also responsible in conducting QA manpower study per section to avoid possible excess or lacking of manpower.
• Gives instructions to subordinates whenever necessary, particularly on new items and special instructions to be observed during process.
• Attends to Weekly Management meeting.
• Attends to regular operations meeting (10:30 am meeting) and relays any quality-related problems and concerns to each section.
• Conducts regular meeting to all QA personnel for QA plans, programs, modifications, and other QA related matters.
