Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a QA & Support Engineer at Accelpro Technologies Noida location, with flexibility for remote work. The QA & Support Engineer will work with various teams at Accelpro to manage end to end customer issues, troubleshoot, technical solutioning, competitive analysis, technical specifications, testing, QA. The position will provide the applicant ample scope of growth, technology know how, travel & market exposure.


Preferred Candidate Skills: 

·    Good networking & network security knowledge.

·    Sharp acumen to troubleshoot networking & network security issues at live customer environments.

·    Hands on experience on QA & Testing tools.

·    Hands on experience on various Firewall/UTM configuration & troubleshooting methodologies.

·    Exposure on AccelPro products & technologies will be an added advantage.
