QA & Support Engineer

Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a QA & Support Engineer at Accelpro Technologies Noida location, with flexibility for remote work. The QA & Support Engineer will work with various teams at Accelpro to manage end to end customer issues, troubleshoot, technical solutioning, competitive analysis, technical specifications, testing, QA. The position will provide the applicant ample scope of growth, technology know how, travel & market exposure.

Preferred Candidate Skills: 

·    Good networking & network security knowledge.

·    Sharp acumen to troubleshoot networking & network security issues at live customer environments.

·    Hands on experience on QA & Testing tools.

·    Hands on experience on various Firewall/UTM configuration & troubleshooting methodologies.

·    Exposure on AccelPro products & technologies will be an added advantage.

·    Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills is must.

·    Customer focused approach, willing to visit customer site any time.

·    Customer first approach, zeal to fast troubleshoot customer escalations.

·    Ability to design technical solution documents with networking elements topologies.

·    Passion to drive product growth and zeal to grow along with organization.

·    Should be a team player & ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
• 0-2 years' experience in QA & Tech Support role (Prefered)
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Noida Location Preferred.
