Job Description
The Quality Assurance Technician ensures that all products manufactured in the plant meet customer expectations in terms of quality, cost, and service. This role provides effective support for all plant functions and ensures compliance with all local, state, federal regulations, and corporate policies.
Responsibilities
Perform all activities associated with testing the physical and performance attributes of test products.Maintain current knowledge of accepted methods, specifications, standards, and tolerances.Place product that does not meet requirements on hold as needed.Evaluate all products, including test results and related information, to make informed decisions on passing, holding, rejecting, dispositioning, or reworking products and take appropriate action.Communicate to the appropriate personnel when product samples do not meet requiremen...
