QA Technician

To ensure and monitoring data documentation, in process and FA inspection.

To inspect die casting products and understand on inspection guideline provided.

Knowing how to measure parts using tools/testers/equipment’s provided.

Responsible to perform daily quality inspections according to established procedures/OI.

Responsible to control the quality of all incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.

Alert machinists, technicians, supervisors or engineers for any discrepancies detected.

Record down inspection results in the respective quality inspection report.

Well communicate among the team on the quality issue.

To reject lots/products that fails acceptance criteria.

To carried out inspection duties in accordance to documented procedures and instructions.

To ensure that inspections result is clearly recorded.

To handle and maintain inspection record.

To ensure proper housekeeping practices.
