QA Technician (Yong Peng, Johor)

Overview

We're looking to add a QA Technician located in Yong Peng, Johor to support our extraordinary teams and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist & report to Processing Supervisor/ Executive and QA Manager.
• Controlling and maintaining process control equipment, pumps, motors, electrical equipment, and others at water processing & pump house.
• To plan preventive maintenance schedule together with superior & perform preventive maintenance inspections and procedures, and organizing and controlling maintenance operations.
• To carry out troubleshooting for process, instrumentation, mechanical problems; finding the root cause and carry out corrective maintenance.
• Assist on maintaining & ensuring that water quality standards are met by controlling operations and monitoring overall water processing process.
• To carry out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance/ calibration checklist on all equipment...
