Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce application testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online retail workflows, UI/UX expectations, and backend integrations, along with proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business and functional requirements of E-commerce applications (web/mobile).
• Work closely with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and raise relevant queries.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for E-commerce modules.
• Perform end-to-end testing, including integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Raise, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers.
• Validate responsive behavior across browsers and devices (cross-browser/cross-platform testing).
• Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow Agile QA practices.
  
  Required Skills
• 3-4 years of experience in manual and automation testing for E-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Familiarity with test management tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of front-end and back-end systems for thorough QA testing.
• Ability to quickly understand technical and functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience with OMS and Mirakl is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• ISTQB Certification is an added advantage.
