QA Tester

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end product development initiatives, including requirement analysis and validation of user flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technology, operations, compliance, and customer support.
• Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing .
• Validate digital wallet, transaction processing, and banking workflows from an end-user perspective.
• Support production and live validation testing during system releases.
• Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation and reproduction steps.
• Work with developers and product teams to verify fixes and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and UAT sign-off materials.
