Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
- Conduct visual and measurement tests using appropriate tools
- Record inspection results and prepare quality reports
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of inspection equipment
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent (Technical or related course is an advantage)
- With experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of measuring tools (e.g., caliper, micrometer) is an advantage
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime if needed
