Work Address: Quezon City or Cebu

Work Set-up: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Train new hires and conduct cross-training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding across different areas.
• Manage bottom quartile performance by identifying training needs and providing targeted education
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Inpatient, Outpatient, Transplant, Surgery, Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Emergency, and OB-GYN.

Qualifications

• Active CPC, CCS, CIC
• College Graduate of BS Nursing or Med Allied Course
• Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in Coding, Auditing, Training at E/M OP and Inpatient with sub-speciality coding to Inpatient
• Must be willing to work onsite
