Job Description
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of working experience as QA/QC Engineering and Management of FEED, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and coating and welding; experience in inspection for 10 years; handover with static/pressure equipment and structures of equivalent.
- Preferably PRC Licensed or Registered Engineer
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
- Knowledge of welding or preferably a Certified Welding Engineer as per ISO 14731. or Local Eq.
- Knowledge of coating inspection or certification as a BGAS-2 or NACE Level 2 painting inspector.
- Familiar of Shell DEM1, DEM2, DEP, Project Guides/Standards and Oil/Gas International Design/Construction Codes and Standards such as API, ASME, AWS, ASTM, NACE, EEMUA, ISO and BS including Sour Service and Hazardous Classified Locations.
