QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure they adhere to quality standards, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Verify the quality of construction materials, ensuring they meet specifications and are properly stored and handled.
• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including test reports, inspection logs, and records of compliance.
• Testing and Inspections:
  • Coordinate and conduct on-site testing of materials and systems (e.g., concrete tests, weld inspections, soil compaction tests).
  • Review inspection and testing reports and ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.
• Quality Assurance Procedures:
  • Review design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure that the work will meet quality requirements.
  • Ensure that the QA/QC plan is followed throughout the project lifecycle.
