Job Description
- Analyzes and qualifies company's product to make sure it meets quality and production standards and customer requirements.
- Implement Quality Management System (QMS) and the Project Quality Plan (PQP) at production plant and project sites.
- Coordinates quality inspections with sub-contractors and all non-destructive testing on site.
- Conducts material testing on and off site as required.
- Control all non-conformance reports and undertake/recommend remedial action.
- Assists in developing/revising the QMS manual and the PQP for each specific project.
- Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, and other important QA/QC documents.
