QAQC ENGINEER

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) systems for building construction projects.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
• Review and approve method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), material submittals, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections, witness tests, and monitor workmanship quality across all disciplines (civil, architectural, and finishes).
• Coordinate closely with design consultants, contractors, and supervision teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Identify non-conformances (NCRs), ensure corrective actions, and verify proper close-out.
