QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

**
– **Quality Assurance & Control:** Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for the SMART

Machines or other machinery, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

– **Monitoring & Oversight:** Supervise and monitor the work of Junior Supervisors assigned to each

SMART Machine or other machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality

standards.

– **Quality Checks:** Conduct regular quality assessments of the output produced by SMART

Machines or other machinery and provide actionable feedback for quality improvements.

– **Reporting & Documentation:** Prepare and submit detailed reports on quality control metrics,

project progress, and any deviations from standards. Maintain accurate records of all QA/QC activities.

– **Performance Measurement:** Develop and implement performance measurement tools to

evaluate machine and project performance. Utilize data to drive quality enhancements.

– **Collaboration:** Work closely with engineering and operations teams to identify potential issues,

recommend solutions, and ensure timely resolution.

– **Training & Development:** Provide training and support to Junior Supervisors on quality control

practices and standards.

– **Site Inspections:** Conduct regular site inspections to assess machine performance and quality

adherence, and provide on-site support as needed.

– **Client side responsibility:** Traveling to client site and handling clients on site during delivery and

installation of the machinery. Should be willing to conduct regular quality checks for clients across

Kerala.

– **Support marketing activities:** Arranging site visits for potential clients and explaining the

technology to the client keeping in mind best interest of the company.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

– Hands on experience in working with electrical circuits, wiring and connections etc

Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in a machinery or

manufacturing environment.

– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and

presentations. English fluency is required.

– Familiarity with quality management systems and performance measurement tools.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software especially MS powerpoint.

– Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar field or in electrical field with leadership skills honed by

supervising junior staff.

**Preferred Skills:**

– Experience in project management and reporting.

– Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.

– Prior experience in the waste management or renewable energy sectors is a plus.

– English proficiency is required

– Hindi knowledge is preferred

– Presentation and communication skills
