Position: QA/QC Head

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Staff.
• Responsible in providing technical requirements of Customer.
• Monitor quality rejections and scrap of every department and coordinate with Production Supervisor to maintain that the rejection is in or below the allowance.
• Investigate and conduct root-cause analysis regarding high rejections rate, quality deviations non conformance to have long term and effective solutions.
• Responsible in issuance and monitoring (compliance of department and effectiveness) of Corrective Action and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for External and Internal Issues.
• Ensure that the items produced meet Customer requirements - overall with quality standards from item itself up to packaging.
