• At least 5 years of dedicated QA/QC leadership experience in dam and hydropower infrastructure projects, including tunnels, spillways, powerhouses, and RCC structures
• Strong background in managing quality systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards, including quality planning, inspections, audits, and non‑conformance resolution
• Proven experience in FIDIC contract‑based projects with international contractors
• Demonstrated capability in leading QA/QC teams, conducting internal/external audits, and interfacing with third‑party laboratories and regulatory bodies
