QAQC Manager

Implement and maintain the company’s QMS at all levels.

Prepare and develop QMS written Procedures, Project Quality Plans, Safety Plan / Procedures, Environment Plan / Procedures, relevant forms, format.

Lead Quality Team in the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS).

Carry out second party audit such as Factory visits, Inspections, Pre-Delivery Inspections.

To ensure proper sample submissions are carried out and approved sample are properly labelled and stored appropriately.

Plan and carry out the scheduled internal audits.

Organize for periodic Management Review and ensure timely implementation / execution of the outcome.

Represent and Liaison with External Partied and Third Parties on matter relating to Quality (certification bodies, authorities, consultants and clients).

Monitor and review day to day activities with regards to Quality and Safety.
