WE ARE HIRING | QA/QC MANAGER – HIGHWAY / ROAD PROJECT (40 KM)
Location: Gujarat (Project Site)
️ Project Type: Road / Highway (Earthwork + GSB/WMM + DBM/BC + Drainage)
Job Type: Full-Time
⏳ Experience Required: 10-15 Years
Joining: Immediate / 15–30 Days
✅ Job Role (Key Responsibilities):
• Lead overall QA/QC system for 40 km road project
• Ensure compliance with Mo RTH / IRC / IS codes & project specifications
• Manage site & lab testing for:
– Subgrade / embankment compaction
– GSB / WMM gradation & density
– Prime coat / tack coat
– DBM / BC (temperature, gradation, bitumen %, density)
• Coordinate with client/PMC for inspections & approvals
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, checklists
• Maintain test registers, reports, NCR handling, corrective actions
• Monitor asphalt plant quality control & batch consistency
• Lead QC team: Lab Engineer, QC Engineers, Technicians, Helpers
• Prepare daily/weekly QA reports & do...
