Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITP) for all construction and M&E works in data centre projects.
- Oversee quality inspections, audits, and testing activities across all project phases, including civil, structural, M&E installations, and commissioning.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Monitor and enforce quality standards for electrical, mechanical, HVAC (ACMV), fire suppression, and security systems.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, suppliers) to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance.
- Ensure documentation and traceability of test results, material inspections, and handover records.
- Train project teams on quality processes, safety protocols, and best practices to uphold high standards.
