QA/QC Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality assurance and quality control efforts across multiple large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This role combines project management and program development with direct oversight of all QA/QC personnel and processes. The Supervisor will partner with Project Managers to develop and implement a standardized QA/QC program in the Phoenix branch, manage hiring and staffing of QA/QC professionals, and ensure quality standards are consistently met across all sites. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in fiber optics and cabling, along with proven leadership experience in building and managing quality teams for large, complex projects.
