Inspection & Testing: Monitor, witness, and review project Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) activities in line with approved contractual requirements, approving stage inspections.

• Material Verification: Review of Inspection & Test Plan, material verification, and all stages of inspection. Review of material test reports.

• Non-Destructive Examination (NDE): Witnessing NDE and performing visual examinations. Review of PT, MPT.

• Fabrication Drawings: Study and interpretation of fabrication drawings, shop drawings, weld maps, and symbols.

• Heat Treatment: Evaluation of pre & post weld heat treatment (PWHT) charts.

• Welding Surveillance: Surveillance during welding to ensure the use of approved welding parameters.

• Instrument Management: Ensuring that all measurement instruments are correctly managed and calibrated.

• Non-Conformity Reports: Raising Non-Conformity (NCR) Reports for all defective materials and resolving the same. Maintaining root cause analysis across all deviation.

• Inspection: Inspection of joints fit-up, alignment, and dimensional accuracy as per drawing requirements.

• Documentation: Maintaining welding inspection/NDT reports and record tracking. Preparation of welding inspection summary/joint tracking log.

• Release Reports: Prepare inspection release reports and verification of quantities shipped, including proper packing and identification marking.

• Performance Reports: Preparation of weekly and monthly welding performance reports. Conducting MRM, QRM, QIM.

• Test Packages: Proficiency in reviewing documents of test packages prior to releasing the test packs; hydro testing/pneumatic testing of piping fabrication.

• Quality Manual Management: Maintaining documents as per Quality Manual as per, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 19443, ASME SEC III, ASME IV, 10 CFR Part 50, SELO

• Internal Audit: Participating Interdepartmental audits across company.

• Vendor Qualification: Planning, maintaining and conducting vendor audit & surveillance. Approving Vendor Documents
