Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Engineer Die Casting to join our Quality Control department. The role involves monitoring die casting processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of die casting components Monitor die casting process parameters and overall product quality Identify defects and coordinate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and technical specifications Coordinate with production and engineering teams for continuous quality improvement Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of die casting processes and defects Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges, and inspection tools Basic understanding of quality tools and inspection techniques Excellent attention to detail with problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities
