Responsible for warehouse and logistic supervision and control

Responsible for the quality management of the manufacturing process , incoming and outgoing of raw material and products and apperance inspection QC section according to ISO ,MID and JIS regulations

Responsible for the improvement and enhancement of on-site quality issues

Responsible for the quality management of local suppliers

Responsible for the communication and coordination of product quality issues between the factory and the customer

Responsible to plan for internal audit for the factory ISO & MID quality system certification and audit related work Develop, revise and maintain Quality documentation as necessary.

Facilitate and participate in continuous improvement efforts utilizing Quality tools. Generate quality reports for QRM meetings Establish and maintain quality data such as 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and other quality related data and records.
