Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior QC Engineer in Manufacturing to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. The role involves ensuring product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in inspection procedures to ensure rigorous quality checks throughout the manufacturing process (Mandatory skill).
• Experienced in lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste (Mandatory skill).
• Skilled in root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Strong capacity for technical documentation to maintain detailed and accurate records of quality control processes.
• Experienced in calibration techniques to ensure equipment accuracy and product quality.
• Proficient in quality control measures and standards to verify compliance with industry and company specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for precise inspections and evaluations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
